This exclusive apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 60sqm surface.The space is divided in:- 2 bedrooms- 1 bathroomThe flat can host up to 4 guests.M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with sower, whereas second bedroom has two individual beds.Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night.The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher & vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it.The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer and iron.Furthermore, you will also find a washing (hidden) also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 3 seats, baby crib and flat screen TV.There is a electric radiators heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed.
