Located in an urbanization a few minutes walk from the beach, large areas, are perfect for walking and enjoying Ribadesella. A supermarket is very close. Ideal for travelling by car, as it has private parking.
The building has an elevator. There is work on the plot next to the building, it is something that does not depend on us. Events, parties, and farewells are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
