Comfortable and stylish apartment very close to Bocconi University and the wonderful Navigli area. Smart TV, A/C, WiFi, washing machine, and much more, are available for every type of stay.

Extraordinary works are being carried out in this building, affecting both the internal common areas and the façade. This may cause noises. The wifi network is not present and there is no air conditioning in the apartments at the moment, since a new common air conditioning system will be established after renovation works. Prices are therefore lower than average in view of these works, despite the proximity to Bocconi University.

In case of transient contract, the maximum number of people allowed is 2.
To guarantee you an optimal experience, the landlord asks in advance for a one-time administration fee of 150€ for each month of stay, accompanied by a one-time management fee of 150€. Administration fee, mangement fee, and security deposit will be paid directly to the landlord in one lump sum when the contract is signed.
Example, for a 4-month rent of 2800€/month:
- First month's rent is 2800€ to be paid on Roomless once booked.
- Deposit of 2800€ to be paid in advance when signing the contract, directly to the landlord who will contact you after booking.
- Monthly administration fee 150€x4= 600€ to be paid in advance upon signing the contract, directly to the landlord.
- One-time management fee 150€ to be paid in advance upon signing the contract, directly to the landlord.
Possibility of taking residence evaluated upon request.
