For short-term or long-term vacationers, we offer a relaxed vacation in our comfort vacation apartment for up to 4 people with two separate bedrooms. The house is equipped with the latest technology, such as underfloor heating, walk-in shower with glass door, spacious balconies and very beautiful views, etc. on the Baltic Sea. The eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space for quiet hours and cooking together with entertainment. The kitchen-living room has a stove with oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, plenty of dishes and a very comfortable sofa set with flat screen TV. Internet is included and can be used via WiFi.
The apartment costs € 55.00 per night for two people, 350,00€ per week and per month 1.198,00€. Additional persons from 2 years € 15.00 per day, € 35.00 per week and € 120.00 per month, final cleaning € 35.00

People: up to 3, living space: 63m², built in 2020, 1 kitchen-cum-living-room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 double beds 2.0 / 2.0m and 2.0 / 1.40m, on request, bed linen and towels can be booked for an extra charge. (Bed sheets € 6 and towels € 4 / person). Laundry service is possible against payment.
The monthly rent of 1198€ is for 2 persons, and would be 1418€ a month for 3 persons.
