The cosy, child-friendly 3-room apartment offers space and facilities for up to 6 people in a quiet and green location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It extends over two levels on the ground floor and the basement. The apartment is located in an apartment building.
We offer you a total of 85m², divided into a combined living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The south terrace can be reached from the living room. Garden furniture is available here for sunny hours.
The non-smoking apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment was completely renovated and equipped in autumn 2011. Since then it is constantly being overhauled. It is very important to us to provide a completely flawless and comfortable apartment for our guests.
A car parking space is at your disposal free of charge. All windows are equipped with external roller shutters.
