The apartment includes a bedroom, a guest room/ office, a bathroom including shower tray, guest toilet and a large living and dining area with a newly furnished kitchen. There is also a 16sqm roof terrace with comfortable seating.
The bedroom has a 1.60 m bed with two 80 cm mattresses, so that two people can sleep comfortably here. Bed linen can be provided upon request. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the bedroom.
In the guest room there is a sofa bed that can be used both as a couch and as a bed. The bed has a separate mattress and is therefore very comfortable because you don't sleep on the seat of the couch. The mattress has a width of 1.40 m.
