Hey everyone,
our beautiful apartment in Berlin Mitte/Moabit (10551) is available for rent during a trip.
This is our home, the apartment is furnished, and we are looking for an individual or a couple who will treat it with consideration.
The apartment is a 130m² loft in an old factory building, decorated in a vintage-industrial style. 2nd floor, 2nd courtyard, many large windows.
You are welcome to use towels and the likes. Rent is €1200/month. We have a cleaning lady who can come for €50/week.
There are also a handful of plants and a fish to take care of in the apartment.
The default rental period is February 1st to June 30th, with any deviations to be discussed.

If interested, please write a bit about yourselves. It's important to us that we rent to someone we trust. The apartment has an open-floor design. We live here as a couple with two children, but it is best suited for individuals and couples.
