very large and cozy rustic room in a typical Gotic flat. The appartment is renovated and fully equipped. The room has a large window facing the main street, providing plenty of light and a quiet environment. The atmosphere in the flat is very calm, respectful, and pleasant.

The flat is located next to the ramblas/ beach/ and in the city center. Very easy to get from airport.

High-speed WIFI (1GB fiber) is provided. Expenses are included (water, electricity, gas, internet, community) within responsible consumption. Cleaning in common areas and this room is included.

Everything is close by (transportation, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, etc.)

NOTE: Drug or weed consumption is not allowed. This is a shared flat, not-party-friendly. Respect for the flatmates and neighbors is a priority.

habitación rústica muy amplia y acogedora en un piso típico del Barrio Gótico. El apartamento está renovado y completamente equipado. La habitación cuenta con una ventana grande que da a la calle principal, proporcionando mucha luz y un entorno tranquilo. El ambiente en el piso es muy calmado, respetuoso y agradable.

El piso está ubicado junto a Las Ramblas, la playa y en el centro de la ciudad. Muy fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto.

Se proporciona WIFI de alta velocidad (fibra óptica de 1 GB). Los gastos están incluidos (agua, electricidad, gas, internet, comunidad) dentro de un consumo responsable. La limpieza en las áreas comunes y esta habitación está incluida.

NOTA: No se admite consumo de drogas, weed, o similares. Es un piso compartido, no se hacen fiestas, prima el respeto por los compañeros y vecinos.
