The charming apartment is located in a classic Lisbon building just a short walk away from all major historic sites, including Praça do Comércio and Santa Justa Lift. From here, you can explore small shops, cosy cafes, and traditional restaurants beloved by locals. The apartment has a double bed, a bathroom, a dining area, and a kitchenette.

The Space

This minimalistically designed apartment will be your cosy home in central Lisbon. Enjoy its thoughtful decor and notice the little details that make all the difference: bright prints on the walls, wooden floors, and moulded ceiling. The apartment is ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. It has been professionally cleaned and is suitable for a short- or long-term stay. The flat has a double bed, a bathroom, a dining area and a kitchenette. Essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

LIVING/DINING & KITCHENETTE:

The stylish living/dining area has a table, two chairs and a TV.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, and toaster.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a clothes rail. There is a relaxing rain shower in the bathroom, and all bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including free Wi-Fi.

Other things to note

A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM.

Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the historical Mouraria neighbourhood, right next to the iconic St. George Castle. The area is an oasis of local life in touristy Lisbon. Here you can enjoy marvellous Lisbon architecture and some of the city’s best local shops and restaurants. All the major sites, such as Praça do Comércio, are within walking distance from the apartment.

Getting Around

Your most convenient and nearest transport station is ‘Martim Moniz,’ a metro, bus, and tram station, which is just a 4-minute walk away from the property. From there you can catch the famous yellow Tram 28.

The aerobus from the Lisbon airport stops at the Rossio bus stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The Rossio train station, where you can catch a train to Sintra, is just a short walk away.

Paid parking is available at Martim Moniz.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

- Keep the property clean and tidy.

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
