Hotspot of the city. Nikolai suburb. City centre only 5 minutes walk. 2-3 bedrooms, two balconies, 1 garden (shared use) 2 bathrooms. For non-smokers only. Very large house with two balconies to always catch the sun. As I am not there much lately I would like to rent it out temporarily. There is a large bedroom, a guest room, dining room, floor above a large living-sleeping area which is similar to a great loft. Lots of wood and cosiness. There is space for a bicycle in the entrance. You are directly at the Nikolai cemetery in our park or on the cycle path in all directions. The old town is only a 5-minute walk away. Aldi, bakery, cafe all within walking distance. It is also used privately and therefore I wish for loving residents who appreciate this gem.
