This apartment is located on the ground floor, inserted in a very quiet residential area, 20 minutes walk from the historic center of Cascais and furnished and decorated with taste, refinement and comfort.
It has a room with meal zone and leisure zone, with LCD TV with international channels and free Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchen; A marquee with laundry, washing machine, board and iron.

It is also very close, 5 minutes by car, one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho Beach, known internationally by lovers of surfing, windsurf and kite surf and now more recently from Paddle Surf.
It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf fields in the area, surrounded by green pines.
For lovers of the Equestrian arts, the Equestrian Center is also available at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle.
Within 10 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril race track.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes car or public transport.
Our company exclusively uses the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment for complete and effective cleaning, including the sanitation of clothes and towels.
